Almond and Apricot Cookies Text Only

Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oat flakes
- 1/2 cup dried cane juice
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup dried apricot pieces (soaked 3 hours)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup rice syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbs vanilla
Preparation Instructions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Oil a cookie sheet or line with baking paper.
Scoop dough onto sheet.
Flatten each cookie with lightly moistened hands.
Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Recipe will make 10 large or 20 small cookies. Mmmmm good!
